The small community of Arden Hills has about 9,000 residents which includes a mix of families and individuals. The town is home to several post-graduate schools, including part of the Northwestern campus and Bethel University. Our family appreciates the number of parks and natural areas located throughout the city where we can spend quality time together in the mild Minnesota springs, summers and autumns. Arden Manor is one of our favorite parks because it offers playgrounds and basketball courts. Other parks include Royal Hills Park and others.

There are also two schools located within the Arden Hills real estate market as it is part of the greater Mounds View School District. The schools include Mounds View High School and Valentine Hills Elementary School, both of which are ranked very high. Our daughter attends the elementary school and simply raves about her teachers and how great they are in helping her learn.
