The small community of Arden Hills has about 9,000 residents which includes a mix of families and individuals. The town is home to several post-graduate schools, including part of the Northwestern campus and Bethel University. Our family appreciates the number of parks and natural areas located throughout the city where we can spend quality time together in the mild Minnesota springs, summers and autumns. Arden Manor is one of our favorite parks because it offers playgrounds and basketball courts. Other parks include Royal Hills Park and others.
There are also two schools located within the Arden Hills real estate market as it is part of the greater Mounds View School District. The schools include Mounds View High School and Valentine Hills Elementary School, both of which are ranked very high. Our daughter attends the elementary school and simply raves about her teachers and how great they are in helping her learn.
Whether you are looking for vintage homes or modern architecture buildings, the Arden Hills real estate market is for you. Some Arden Hills neighborhoods include Briar Knoll, Shorewood Hills and The Heights of Johanna Lake, just to name a few. Many of these hoes are near natural parks and areas which also provide miles of walking and biking paths to make it easy to get your daily exercise without the need to go far from home.
The homes in the Arden Hills MN real estate market are reasonably priced with a majority of homes in the $100,000 to $200,000 range. However, there are a number of homes in the higher end of the pricing range with several along Lake Johanna priced at $800,000 and above.
